History of our Operations

The Aquarius Institute was founded in 1996 in Des Plaines, Illinois. For over 25 years, the Aquarius Institute has been serving the Chicagoland area in providing specialized training in high demand fields.

Previously, the Aquarius Institute was a leading provider in IT training, specifically in CISCO systems and Oracle Software.

Since 2005, the Aquarius Institute has switched to providing healthcare based training programs. Currently, the Aquarius Institute provides  MRI Technologist, Ultrasound Sonography Technician, and Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) training programs. The completion of these programs allows students to sit for board exams for their respective registries and join the work force as a certified professional.

Currently, the Aquarius Institute is a leading private vocational institution in providing training for MRI Technologist, Ultrasound Technician, and Practical Nursing licensure. With rising education costs, and troubling impacts of the traditional college loan system, it become more important than ever for affordable and practical alternatives to a traditional college experience. The Aquarius Institute prides itself in advancing vocational training in the healthcare field.

As a result of Aquarius Institute’s consistent efforts in providing high demand job skills training, we have several thousands of our graduates currently employed in the American work force in the fields of Information Technology and Health Care with an annual income of $50K - $125k.
